Help I'm new to this!

Hi all

I'm new to all of this. We decided to start TTC in January 2014.I have severe endometriosis which I went through treatment for 6 years ago but has sadly returned & is worse than before! I was hoping that this would be the month but after AF appeared today we will be starting again! Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
