Is it normal to cry everytime?

Almost every time my boyfriend and I make love I end up crying when we are finished. It makes him feel bad, because he thinks he was hurting me, or doing something wrong. But I just get so emotional and lose it! Is this normal, or am I just an over emotional person?

I do that sometimes girl! I completely understand especially when it's that really beautiful, intimate lovemaking. I just get so overwhelmed with emotion and feelings for him that when we cuddle after, I weep a bit. He already thinks I'm emotional, but he knows that's just who I am. :) I think you should just talk to your guy when you aren't in the moment or right after about your feelings. He won't really understand, but at least he'll know there isn't anything wrong with the sex. :)

I doubt that there is any normal thing to do after sex. Everyone reacts and behaves differently. But if it very difficult to not cry after sex, and it unnerves your boyfriend, I suggest you make sure that you communicate well with him: that there is no problem on his end. From what you wrote, there seems to be nothing wrong with the sex, so make sure he knows that. Also, you might want to talk to him or a good friend about why you get so emotional after sex. If you try to dig deep into your thoughts and feelings after sex, you might be able to stop yourself from crying or realise that this is something perfectly normal for you. Do not worry about it too much cause it might just be your way of doing things.
