I was experiancing irregular period last  year i will get period like every50 , 60, 40 to 70 days i had no clue when i ovulate or get my period . I went to see a gyno and she put me on birthcontrol pill for 6 moths as i got off of my pill , i got my first cycle perfectly on the 28th day !! I was so happy i thought everything become normal but then my next cycle is not here yet its been almost 32 days !! And i am not pregnant!! How  can i get my period regularly???
