Is there a difference between being fertile and ovulating?

Lydia • We are expecting our second child in May 2017💕My husband and I are expecting our first child a baby girl in May 2015💗
On my chart it is my first day of ovulation than I received a message saying that today is my last day of peek fertility.  Is there a difference between them?
