Any way to for sure know if you are ovulating?

I am just wondering if there is a way to tell if you are for sure ovulating every month TTC after miscarriage. Would OPK's be the best way to go or what

If you get up at the same time each day charting is best otherwise it is worthless. My dr told me not to bother with BBT like I had been doing and to just do OPK test.

Sonogram is the gold standard for determining ovulation, but most women don't have access to a vaginal sonogram every day for ten or more days. The most practical method is to chart cervical mucus and BBT. This is more accurate than OPKs, especially if you wake up at the same time every day. Actually temping is the only way to know for sure. Opk's detect a surge but no guarantee you release an egg. If you have a temperature shift and it stays elevated then you ovulated

Yes, that or sonograms and blood tests at the doc. Opk test are the easiest way to track. Tracking CM is also helpful.
