So confused

Well , I was on the depo shot for three years , I got off about a year ago. And I have had kinda normal periods. My fiancé and I are trying to have a baby and , he always cums in me and we have sex about twice a day. And I don't understand how and why I'm not pregnant yet.  I don't understand what's going on.
