Iron can cause constipation, so this may be the cause. Increase your fiber and water intake. More fresh fruits and vegetables

Yeah, I have a couple of dried apricots a day and that really helps!!

Yep, this happened to me when I first stared taking them. I started eating more fiber (probably wasn't getting enough to begin with) and that really helped. Good luck!
