OPK question-time of day?

I am going to try using an OPK this month. Is there a specific time of day I should be testing?

I always tested with my second urine if the day. I don't think it really matters what time of day. But I hear that you shouldn't use your FMU because it's so concentrated and it may give you a false positive. But read your directions first just to make sure they don't want you to take it at a more specific time. Good Luck!!!
