Hoping for good news

I am on cycle day 20 and I had to get blood work done this morning for other reasons and they tested for pregnancy. I am hoping it's not too early for the bloodwork to pick up on it. I will be keeping my fingers crossed until the doctor calls tomorrow. I have had many symptoms this month that I have not had before. Hope March is my month!!!! What do you ladies think? Too early to pick up pregnancy?
