TTC baby #1

My fiancé and I have been trying to conceive for 7 months now.... He's got a baby with his ex and she's 2 it took them over 2 years to conceive but she also has medical issues (seizures) so I don't know if her meds hindered conception bc they were trying for a baby. I'm just worried I'm infertile and I am gett discouraged and I feel dysfunctional bc I haven't conceived yet.... Any advice would help!!
