Can someone help please

Ok I just found out I was pregnant don't know how far along it's really early. But I'm bleeding and my cervix is  closed does that mean I'm havin a miscarriage or is it nothing to worry about. Got blood drawn and got ultra sound they said  pregnant but they couldn't see my baby by ultra sound said it might be to early...
