Weird period

I started Femara last night, my period had ended. Just had a little brown discharge. This morning I woke up to a full blown heavy flow. I know for sure my AF ended.

I'm a little concerned, thinking it could have something to do with the Femara. It's a low dose of 2.5. Has anyone ever had this? Should I be concerned?
