Tmi but why am I pooping so much ??

With my son I was constipated my whole pregnancy . But here for the past few days I've had to poop so much ??? Anyone else have this problem ??

I get like that right before and sometimes during AF. Maybe it's the increased hormones?

To be honest girl, that is a sign that AF is about to show. I usually am constipated for a week, and then poop for what seems like the whole day before AF arrives... Hope it is a good sign for you
