19th day of cycle and spotting what can it be? Help!

19th day of cycle last cycle 2/20/14 last   Approximately 4-5 days Spotting for 2-3 days now. Age 20 help!!

Thanks I went to the doctor yesterday  and they ran some tests so am still waiting on results! I got a better intelligent guess here than from the doctor he didn't tell me what it could be or what it was beside saying its a probably a period!
