I've been off of depo for 7 months still no period , just every time I wipe it's brown

Depo is in my opinion one of the worst contraceptives, period irregularity is so common not to mention other stmptoms. Periods can take up to a year to return to normal, mine came every 3 months for a long time, every one is different, but I'd say go get checked out, yes hospital can help if you feel the urgency to be checked...
