Remember to check & record your BBT and CM

Glow

bbt stands for basal body temperature. It is your lowest body temperature in a 24-hour period. The best time to take it is when you first wake up in the morning. bbt is taken with the use of a basal thermometer. These types of thermometers can measure temperature to the second decimal place and are available at most drugstores.

CM stands for Cervical Mucus. You can check your CM by looking at the toilet paper after you wipe or by inserting a clean finger into your vagina and reaching toward your cervix (which is deeper inside). The volume of cervical mucus reaches its peak with plasma estrogen concentrations 2 to 3 days prior to ovulation.
