Prenatal Gummies While TTC
My Glow Genius told me to take prenatal vitamins while TTC. I went to the drugstore and got some Vitafusion Prenatal Gummies because I don't like taking big pills. My question is, are these as good as the pills, or are pills always better? I don't want to keep taking the gummies while TTC if I am not providing an optimal, healthy environment for my baby-to-be!
