no period for 3 years

hello ladies, I dont have my period for 2 years and 10 months. since I stopped taken contraceptive tablets. After seeing a doctor and doing some tests she is saying that I should get pregnant naturally.. I had no idea how to count my ovulation. started checking tempreture but its usually between 36.4-36.6.. no big gap... maybe anyones have similar situation?
