Bbt temps going up at AF and MC
Hello, anyone have any insights or similar to the below? :
I'm back on the ttc cycle again but last cycle was my first at temping.
Does anyone find their bbt temps start to rise for AF arrival. Mine dropped at 11dpo and I got random mild cramps and spotting which I never get so I got excited thinking I might have implantation but my temp just kept dropping and the mild on and off cramps with brown spotting continued. Then I have a raise in temp but my AF turns up. My temps keep raising and my AF gets heavier and heavier.
Since my MC in November my AF has been getting heavier and more unusual as well.
