Dreams
The last few nights I have been having dreams about being pregnant. The other night I dreamt i found out i was pregnant with twins... Last night I had a dream I took multiple pregnancy tests and they were positive!
What could this mean? Am I pregnant? Or could it be I'm stressing and thinking about wanting that BFP to come in the next couple days so much that I'm dreaming about it?
