It's after you know you have ovulated. So after your green window on Glow. But relying on Glow is not enough. To be truly sure you have ovulated, please track your BBT,CM, ovulation test results.

Up to 7 days before ovulation and from 3 days after ovulation onwards. You have to track BBT CM and OPKs as neither of these methods are without flow on its own. You deffo do not want to have intercourse 3 days to day after ovulation as these are the 4 most fertile days the day before it being the peak. Do not rely on this app to predict ovulation. It also varies even in women with regular cycles. Mine has varied from cd13 to cd20. This is entire week to mess things up.
