Is it even worth tracking BBT...
I work overnights, 7pm-7am, 3X/week-so I sleep during the day. Depending on if I'm working again that night I may wake up at 5pm or 2-3pm if I have the night off. If I don't work I still can't go to bed at a normal time so I wake up late morning/afternoon. I've never tracked BBT because I figure if I'm not waking up at the same time each day it wont be accurate. Should I do it anyway or just continue on without it?
