Confused this month! Not sure if I ovulated

I'm really confused. Usually I have very sore boobs just after ovulation but now I an 5DPO and don't feel anything. To be honest I'm not sure I ovulated at all there was no EWCM but that is normal for me. I have had cramps for last 7 days and a cold so feel crappy. I'm just confused and sick of my body playing tricks on me. I feel like I don't believe it's doing the things it should be. I hate this!!!! TTC for two years :(
