Mild period pains when ovulating?

Is this normal? Is there any other reason for this? I've had a fluttering feeling for 3 days and now seems more severe?

I was wondering this today, I thought I got ovulation pains before O and sometimes after too but Glow told me today that as I'm getting O pains, it indicates I HAVE ovulated which I find odd as my first + OPK was this morning.

​Surely you can get O pains before, during or after O?
