Help I had 2 day period, headaches and pelvic pain

C • Thu, Mar 20 • It`s a miracle. I was told I was infertile due to endometriosis. Look at God!

I had my period 4 days earlier and bled heavy for 2 days. My headaches are unbelievable. I've never had headaches during menstrul cycle. I went to hospital and they didn't find anything odd. I am 10 days post ovulation. What is wrong with my body. . No pain meds work
