Hey girls, iv been trying to conceive for 4 months now, and have smoked I would say for the last 4 years. I smoke around 10 a day maybe more some days. Insights keep popping up saying 50% more likely to get pregnant if I quit smoking, I am going to do this as I want the best chance of conceiving has anyone got any great tips on how they quit or what helped them the most? Me and my partner both smoke and I want us both to so this together. TIA X
