I am pinning this again because I think we all need a reminder after the past few days. 

My journey to parenthood was long, arduous, heartbreaking, exhausting and long. Did I mention long? Trying to get pregnant was THE HARDEST THING I HAVE EVER DONE.

By far.

Bar none.

This process broke me down so many times that by the time it was over, I did not recognize myself. I'd like to think that I came out the other side stronger and with a new life-purpose, but at no point would I gloss over the fact that I shed a river of tears along the way.

Why mention this? Because it is the foundation of our guiding principle for the Glow community: Please be kind.

Be kind to yourself and be kind to others. Be kind enough to understand that even though you've read the same question a thousand times, for the person asking it, it's their first time. Be kind enough to answer, or to move on. 

Glow is incredible community because by some chance, so many amazing women have found themselves here. We are not going to question why or how we got so lucky. But we are going to do everything in our power to make sure it stays this way. And we really do mean everything. 

Glow is a very small company. A start-up in every sense. And no matter how hard we work, there are simply not enough of us to monitor every conversation and every thread. Nor would we want to. Our job here is to support, enlighten and facilitate. With a community that is growing this quickly - we must ask that you look out for each other.
