Taking charge of your fertility (the book)

It is so good! I highly recommend it for anyone and everyone. I haven't gotten through it all yet but I haven't been able to put it down. It's making me realize how uninformed I have been about my cycle! I probably won't ever use birth control again! Any ways just wanted to say it's worth the money if your skepitcal or at your wits end and not wanting to see another doctor!
