Fertility treatment & IVF

So my hubby & I have been TTC for awhile now with no success.  Our first fertility appointment is next week, and I wanted to ask if anyone out (couples 35+ yrs old), there has had success with IVF or ICSI?!  I'm 37 and my hubby is 34, so I'm realky beginning to worry. Help!  Feedback please?!
