Evening primrose question

Christina • Married 9 years in June. I am a maternity and newborn photographer and have struggle with infertility
Has anyone else gotten really sick from taking it?  Today will be my 3rd day on it and i have been misserable from it. I am only doing two a day should i cut it down to one or give up on it
