Too much sex?

Question

Is too much sex even a thing? I suppose while we are ttc it could be but let be real the only way to conceive is to have sex. Is every other day really effective or is it something that doesn't really matter?

They reckon as long as there is 12 hours in between to allow the sperm count to build back up!! X

From the research I've done I've read that there isn't really such thing as too much when TTC but rather it's not as efficient. It takes time for a man to "reload" so to speak so sex more often can result in a lower sperm count. Every other day should be enough but these babies have timing all there own so make sure BDing doesn't become a chore.
