I had EWCM from the Tuesday till the Thursday - so I only bd on the Tuesday during my actual fertile window not sure what day I actually Od as I wasn't using OPKs

​I have read mixed things on how long speed can live in good conditions from 3-7 days but little as 1 day if conditions are not good
