Finally got a BFP!

After 7 months of trying we finally got a BFP! We bd every single fertile day this month and used pre seed lubricant two days I knew were my highest chance of ovulation. So happy my due date is around 12/1/14. Anyone else just get a BFP? What do I do next at what week can I go to doctor and see a sonogram etc? This is my first pregnancy so I'm clueless!
