Supplements??

Hi guys! My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 9 months. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2012 but recently I have been have regular periods and was just wondering if you guys know of any good supplements to help me conceive.

Have you looked into Pregnitude? It has inositol which is supposed to help with insulin troubles associated with PCOS and folic acid. I used it for a month, and it helped my periods be more normal. (5 days long instead of 2 weeks)

Where in the world are you? In Australia Blackmores vitex is good to get your cycle sorted out (90 days on that is good) then Blackmores concieve well for at least 6 weeks before trying to concieve.
