It didn't work for me, which I was devastated about!! But a few women from the PD app used it and got BFP's right away. My naturopath told me if you're going to take it you need to take it consistently at the same time every single day because it's success is kind of hinged on that.

After going off bc and having only two periods in 9 months I started vitex in June and got pregnant in august. My son is now almost two. I really think it helped!

I have been taking vitex since feb 27. I started taking it because my period were very irregular and not frequent and as far as I knew I wasn't ovulating at all. When I starte taking it I had been bleeding very lightly (which is how my period are almost like spottig) for 25 days.. Like two days later I stopped spotting.. I don't know if it was the pills or not. But it's been a month and I have not yet ovulated(I chart temps and take opks) and have not had another period. But I'm not giving up. Most sites say it takes 2-3 months to really get in your system. I had headaches for about a week, but no other side effects and no more headaches now.
