What's going on with me !!

Hello beautiful girls , 
​ So I swore I was pregnant .. Even thought the weird spotting I had was IB . Then last Monday I had weird spotting again lasted three days .. Then was gone . But yet I'm having the most common symptoms of early pregnancy . So weird .
