Triphasic chart!

I'm cautiously hopeful! This is the first time I've had a triphasic chart in the 12 months I've been charting.

​I don't have any symptoms though. But I never has pms symptoms. 
​
​I started seeing a TCM this cycle too. She gave me some medicine to help improve my LP and se said it's possible that my temps are a result of the medicine. 
​
​Anyway, I'm hoping for no AF this weekend!
