So confused...

Took a hpt 10 dpo with evening urine. Didn't know i was supposed to not pee for a few hours so I urinated an hour before taking test. BUT cycle day 22 positive opks showing up!!

​I should have ovulated 10 days ago. What is going on with me? I'm cramping terribly but don't have any EWCM right now.
