Confused?!?

I had my blood test results back and they said last month I didn't produce and egg. But this month I've just gotten a positive on an ovulation test! Can you still get a positive ovulation test but still not produce an egg?? Sorry I'm just confused!?

I wasn't on the pill or anything else, I never have been. I've had endo which was removed in sept, it's just strange and I'm thinking maybe I didn't ovulate last month as I didn't have the usual ovulation pains, I didn't test last month either. But I have the pains 2day and a positive ovulation test but does that still mean there's a possibility I haven't produced an egg this month either?

I'm wondering if you just didn't ovulate last month since coming off pill and now your body is back in sync producing eggs. That's why some doctors say some people can't conceive the first month off BC; while other ladies start ovulating ASAP
