Needle like pokes?

I am 5 DPO and I am getting weird needle like poke twinges here and there I'm my uterus, has anyone else felt this? I'm hoping this is it this time because we have been TTC since October last year using Glow. Seems like it's never going to happen, I'm praying this time!

I had some cramping. I have sore nipples and can't touch them too and they r always pointy since 2-3 days. I have a nausea feeling at my throat but I'm not throwing up. I have eaten the food of 2 people today and kept peeing all the time and felt dehydrated. Very confused right now and frustrated!

I felt that late last week and earlier this week before I ovulated. Felt like little sharp pains down there. Hurt but only lasted a min. I'm not sure what it was but I hope it was a good sign!
