So confused

I started bleeding last night. Brown blood and this morning it was red. It started on day 19 of my cycle. The RE doesn't think it's my period, she thinks it's all the stress I've been under. I'm going to start doing some chiropractic adjustments on Wednesday. I'll try anything at this point. RE started me on 200 mg of progesterone vaginally tonight.
