Does cramping mean I didn't conceive?

Well I'm trying to conceive my first baby and I started using glow last month!! I'm due for AF 4/4!! But today I started having some mild cramps no spotting or nothing yet! Today is the day that I'm suppose to take a HPT but I'm thinking maybe I didn't conceive cause of the cramps!!

Cramps are actually a very common sign of pregnancy.

I had cramps at 9-11 DPO then they stop. I tested at 14 DPO and got my BFP. Good luck! :)

Could be implantation cramps, you still have 3 days before your period is due so your not out until it does show up! Good luck x

My first pregnancy I had cramps don't said it was round ligament pain your uterus stretching. However that was before my scan I then found out it was ectopic. But it is very normal for you to have cramps when you conceive. Your not out yet.
