Real symptoms vs psychosomatic?

My DH and I have been ttc for 2 months and this cycle, I was cramping for a good week and a half. I usually only crap 2-3 days before AF. Nipples are never sore. But this cycle, my nipples have been extremely sore. Stabbing nipple pains at night sometimes. Tested 15dpo= BFN. I don't understand why I feel so many symptoms I've never really had before now that we're actually ttc. AF is due anytime. Does this happen to anyone else?
