Help. With pictures.

Hi again! So like I said 11 days late on period. Was due Monday but haven't had it. Done a test Thursday and negative and got one at the drs today. Also negative. You can see on the second picture a fertile part. Ignore this as I messed up the next months period prediction. Any advice? No sign of period.
