My hubby had his sa results today and it was bad news! There were only a few sperm present but they were all dead. Even tho he has 2 older boys it will never happen for us :-( good luck to all you lovely ladies xx

Hoping your doctor has already said this, but make sure he isn't overheating his swimmers- heat can kill sperm, so anything from heated car seats to laptops on your lap to hot baths/ hot tubs etc.  sorry to hear that you got such bad news. I hope that there is something you can do to overcome it. Best of luck to you!

I'm sorry to hear this. My husbands first sa showed low count, low motility, and abnormal morphology! The dr said not to worry that you shouldn't base things off of just one sample. He said even if the second sample comes back the same there are still options. I'd maybe check into possible options for you. Hang in there.

They have amazing procedures now where they extract sperm directly from the testicles. Have you looked into it?

Thank you everyone for your kinds words. The only option we would have is ivf and there is no possible way we could afford that! It only takes 1 sperm to get pregnant and there wasn't even just 1 alive! I'm so gutted! :-(

Keep your head up...i had an uncle when i was younger who had testicular cancer twice and the doctors told them they would never have children at all and they had 4 naturally.
