AI two days in a row or skip a day in between?

We are conceiving through AI. Glow says tomorrow (Saturday) is my peak day and I have a feeling I will be getting my opk+ (hopefully all these other signs are right!). If that's the case, we will insem tomorrow. But, should we then skip a day and wait until Monday?  Or insem again Sunday. It's hard because we can't just BD...we have to make the most of the two samples!
