Neg FRER slight positive on other test

Period due tomorrow but I'm just having such crazy pregnancy symptoms, sore boobs, stuffiness, crazy CM ( sorry tmi ), nausea, fatigue etc;

Anyone else get a negative & then BFP farther along ?

Or maybe I'm just grasping straws :(
