How do you pass time during the TWW?

It's only my first month TTC and this TWW is already making me crazy! What do you do as a distraction?

Let's plan what well do differently next month if we get AF!

​I will continue mucinex and OPKs, try SMEP and soft cups.

My sisters baby shower is coming up so I've been spending time working on that- even though it sounds like that might be depressing or make me think more about the waiting it's been a good positive distraction for me! I also have been planning what to do differently next month if I see AF.

Get wrapped up in a good show or just regular life with three kids..I can't have too much on my mind at any given moment. Though in the down time, the waiting is worse. Every feeling is a symptom and it's hard not to overanalyze

Exercise outside. The air clears my head and there's a lot more to look at. That or walk around the mall. Good luck! :)
