My AF is due tomorrow. I have taken multiple tests over the last several days all of them being negative. I have no spotting, increased CM, occasional breast pain, constant nausea, but no positive test. I am so frustrated! We have been trying in earnest since January but really since September 2013 right after I weaned my daughter. She is now 14 months old. I have been pregnant three times, one ended in a miscarriage at 13 weeks and the other two I got pregnant right away within the first month. So maybe I just have high expectations? I need ideas for things I can do differently in April to improve my chances. I check my CM and position and I do BBT. I have a pretty good idea of when I ovulate. I haven't yet done the OPK, trying to hold out on spending money on those if I can help it. Any advice or words of encouragement welcomed. I just don't feel like I'm going to get my BFP this week.
