Do prenatal vitamins help you get pregnant?

I've been trying to get pregnant this Is my second month and I just started prenatal vitamins and I'm wondering if they help boost fertility? I'm young still  I'm 22

Answer

They don't help with fertility per se, but they do help provide the nutrients you'll need when you are pregnant, as well as some fabulous nails until you do concieve :) I've been taking them for years as regular vitamins because my doc said it takes awhile for the folic acid to really absorb.
